Common questions
What happens to my repository if I downgrade?

Your repository data is always yours. If you downgrade, everything you've built — your brand context, product knowledge, personas, past campaigns — is preserved. You simply won't be able to add more documents until you're back on a qualifying plan. Nothing gets deleted.
Is my company's data used to train the AI?
+
No. Your repository data — your brand guide, product docs, campaign history — is never used to train any shared AI model. It lives in your isolated repository and is only used to generate campaigns for your account. This is a hard line we don't cross.
What counts as a "campaign"?
+
Each time you hit Generate, that uses one campaign credit regardless of how many assets are produced in that generation. A 3-email nurture sequence is one campaign. A 5-post LinkedIn series is one campaign. You can regenerate and edit existing campaigns without using additional credits.
Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your new campaign limit and features unlock the moment your payment processes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. All plan changes are handled through Stripe's self-serve Customer Portal with no support ticket required.
What channels does Vela support?

Solo and above include four channels: email sequences, LinkedIn post series, landing page copy, and sales battlecards. Paid advertising copy is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. Each channel has its own agent tuned for the format, platform conventions, and optimal length.
How does the Team plan's shared repository work?

All seats on a Team plan access the same repository and campaign library. Everyone sees the same brand context, personas, and guardrails — so every team member generates campaigns grounded in the same company intelligence. Campaigns created by any team member are visible in the shared library.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?

The Free plan is the trial — use it to generate up to 5 campaigns and experience the full repository setup and agent configuration before spending anything. If you want to extend your evaluation on a paid plan, contact us and we'll work something out.
What does the Enterprise white-label option include?
+
White-label allows agencies to deploy Vela under their own brand — their logo, their domain, their color scheme. Each of their clients gets their own isolated repository within the agency's account. Contact us to discuss white-label pricing, which is based on the number of client accounts managed.
